By accessing and using Rollplay (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Rollplay is a web-based platform for organizing and managing tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) campaigns, sessions, and player interactions. The Service is currently in closed alpha testing.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with operating the Service.

7. Alpha Testing

The Service is currently in alpha testing phase. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this agreement.

In no event shall Rollplay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
